A charge of domestic violence is help up against Chris Brown and he is made to appear before a Los Angeles Superior Court commissioner on March 5th. The 19 year old rapper did not enter a plea. Rihanna had been allegedly beaten by her boyfriend, Chris Brown, on Feb. 8 in Los Angeles.
