Being a sportscaster would have suited actor Will Farrell quite well if he had not developed a love for the big screen. In college, where he studied sports information, Farrell was the sportscaster on a weekly TV show. On graduating from the University of Southern California, he went for acting classes and realized that his future lay not in sportscasting, but in acting. He began his career by joining the comedy group The Groundlings. Recogniztion came with Staurday Night series. Farrells' amazing talent to impersonate others made him the greatest Saturday Night cast member. The most remembered, perhaps, is his onscreen potraiture of George Bush which earned him an Emmy nomination. He left Saturday Night in 2002 and since then, he has appeared in many films. Sportscaster turned actor...wow!
