Myles was in a relationship with actor Charles Dance, 34 years her senior, whom she met while working on The Life and Adventures of Nicholas Nickleby. From 2005 to 2007 she dated actor David Tennant, with whom she had acted in Foyle's War and a Doctor Who episode. As of 2005 she resided in Green Park, London. She is now rumoured to be dating Snow Patrol bassist Paul Wilson.
