Paulina Rubio Dosamantes (born June 17, 1971) is a Grammy and Latin Grammy nominated Mexican singer and actress. Known as "The Golden Girl" and "Queen of Latin Pop", she achieved international stardom with her fifth studio album, Paulina (2000), and has sold over 17 million albums worldwide.

The daughter of Mexican actress Susana Dosamantes, Rubio was born in Mexico City, Distrito Federal, Mexico. Her music is popular in Latin America, Spain, and the United States. English-speakers recognize her from her 2002 hit single "Don't Say Goodbye (Si Tu Te Vas).
