Niecy Nash (born Carol Denise Ensley on February 23, 1970) is an American comedian and actress.

Niecy Nash is known for her portrayal of deputy Raineesha Williams on the Comedy Central show Reno 911!. Nash also plays the out-of-control T.T., whose face is always blurred to help make her unrecognizable. She is also currently the voice of Mrs. Boots on the ABC Family animated series Slacker Cats.
