Laura Ramsey (born November 14, 1982) is an American film and television actress.

Ramsey was born in Brandon, Wisconsin, where she attended Laconia High School and subsequently moved to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career. She was discovered while waiting tables in a Los Angeles restaurant on Sunset Blvd.

Ramsey was first cast in the reality-based film, The Real Cancun (2003), where she has sex on camera. Multiple articles surfaced in her small Wisconsin town and rumors emerged that her family had exiled her. She also had a small role as Natalie Day in The Days, a television series that ran briefly on ABC in 2004. Harvey Weinstein once passed on her for a role claiming, "I don't support reality brats that somehow get a break in this town, I have no patience for it."
