Greer is perhaps best known for her recurring role on the FOX television series, Arrested Development, playing George Bluth, Sr.'s (Jeffrey Tambor) former secretary Kitty Sanchez. Her film credits include Kissing a Fool, Jawbreaker, Adaptation., The Village, and 13 Going on 30. She most recently appeared in 27 Dresses. Greer starred in the 2008 ABC sitcom, Miss Guided. The sitcom was canceled shortly after it aired. In April 2008 Greer appeared as a yoga instructor in the "Get a Mac" ad series alongside John Hodgman and Justin Long.
