Joanne A. "Jo" Frost (born June 27, 1971) is an English nanny and the central figure of the reality television programme Supernanny. She has also written three books on the subject of child care.

Frost was born in London to an English father and a Gibraltar-born mother. Jo has more than 15 years experience in child care, working as a nanny in the United Kingdom and the United States, including her work with families on the hit television series, Supernanny, shown in over 47 countries around the world.
