CÃcero João de Cézare, nicknamed Cicinho (pronounced [siˈsĩɲu] Si-sin-yo) (born June 24, 1980 in Pradópolis, São Paulo, Brazil), is a Brazilian footballer who plays as right-back for A.S. Roma.
