In July 2005, Burke and her husband, Dr. Garth Fisher, announced their separation. The couple had been married since 2001 and had two daughters, Neriah (born March 2000, and named after her friend and former Playmate Neriah Davis), and Sierra Sky (born April 2, 2002). In 2007 she gave birth to her third daughter and first child with fiance David Charvet named Heaven Rain Charvet (born January 2007). In March 2008, Brooke gave birth to fourth child and first son Shaya Braven.
