Take That

Take That have reportedly come up with a song about Amy Winehouse. They said that the song that has just been penned deals with a

character similar to Winehouse’ and is probably even inspired by Amy’s whirlwind rehab life.

The ‘Shine’ hit makers have penned ‘How Did It Come To This’ for their new album ‘Circus’ and hinted it was inspired by the troubled ‘Rehab’ singer.

The track was written by Jason Orange and describes the exploits of a “slightly schizophrenic and OCD girl from Camden Town”, the area of North London where Amy lives her life under the spotlight “a world away”. Her world though in constant spotlight is separated from the world of others. She lives a secluded life with constant indulgence with drugs and pots. She has a life, if we

may at all call it as one, that has more rehab visits and suffering than celeb flash. As an Artist of our times Amy is regarded as a talented singer. But many believe that Amy has started destroying her life and talent. Due to heavy intake of crack cocaine Amy’s voice has started to degrade.

Lyrics to the track include: “All this noise and all these lights/All this talking through the night. All this expectation now it’s making me neurotic/ Tell me have I seen your face before? Frontman Gary Barlow is delighted with their forthcoming single ‘Greatest Day’ because it has helped them put their concert set lists together.

He explained: “We’ve got so many songs to choose from to close live shows, but we always struggled for one to open with. ‘Greatest Day’ is that song.”

Lindsay Lohan Samantha Ronson

Lindsay was all tears after things took a rough turn with her lesbian lover Samantha Ronson. The pair had come for a trendy night out at a London night spot. Sam had spotted Lindsay dancing away her blues with her ex Calum Best. Samantha was seen rushing towards Li-Lo and went further by “throwing punches” on the dancefloor at Boujis. The joint is a favourite hotspot of Princes William and Harry.Playboy Calum, 27, had to tear them apart as the lovers broke into each other.

Lindsay was seen leaving the club hitting back at Sam and foul mouthing. She was seen “screaming and spitting” as the pair had to be pulled apart once again.  Lindsay had expressed her bi-sexual status at several occasions before. But Sam wants her to stay and continue with the relationship. Lindsay had also said that she wanted an open relationship so that she didn’t have to hide things from Samantha. She also said that she loved Sam dearly but could not get over her heterosexuality as well.

A shocked onlooker revealed yesterday: “Lindsay was having a boogie on the dance floor with Calum.

“They were getting pretty close to each other and Sam was nowhere to be seen.

“And then all hell broke loose. Sam came screeching up to Lindsay, screaming blue murder and throwing punches. She went ballistic.

“The pair traded a series of blows before Calum managed to prise them apart. It was a really ugly scene.”

Allegedly there were more blows being hurled in the venue’s lobby. Another eyewitness revealed: “Lindsay was furious with what Sam had done. “She launched herself at Sam in the lobby. She was spitting at her and clawing at her chest. She was fuming.”

Sam was seen DJing when the couple was last seen rowing and hovering around together for the launch of the new restaurant menu at

Mahiki, another club . Another celebrant reveals that the source of the fire was unknown. The conversation and angry blows were unclear at the point. The reveller added : “It wasn’t clear what the argument was about, but at one point LiLo went to see Sam behind the decks and all people could see was them waving their fists at each other.

“LiLo finally put her hand in front of Sam’s face and walked back to the VIP area…When she got back to the VIP she was obviously in a foul mood…” Li-Lo was back in the VIP area with an obvious foul mood and also threw a glass on the floor which smashed on another girl’s foot on the next table.

The warring couple were driven back to their hotel in Kensington, West London, at around 4.30 am. Lindsay had an on-off romance with Calum, son of legendary Manchester United footballer George until they split in August 2007. Lindsay was last seen speaking on her mobile and was in tears sobbing. She came down to the ground in tears. She was seen returning to the hotel at around 6am.

Lindsay’s close pals had earlier revealed that she might be missing men. One said recently: “Lindsay says she loves Sam more than anything but she just can’t help that she is attracted to the opposite sex. She thinks that they should come to some sort of understanding.”

Taylor Swift

Teenage Star Taylor Swift has lashed out at the Media for bringing out disastrous news of her getting pregnant. The teenage country star insisted that the internet reports and rumours were extremely “crazy”. She said she was not pregnant with Jonas Brothers star Joe Jonas’ baby.

18 year old Swift has revealed that she and Jonas had already broken off earlier this week. She was dreadful all along about the entire news getting circulated. Swift said that the stories suggesting she’s with child were literally “appalling”. In one of her interviews with news show, Access Hollywood, she sounded enraged : “I have devoted my entire life to not having something like that happen.” She denied all charges of her provoking this kind of news to circulate : “It’s really, really scary that someone can just say something and it gets spread around the Internet and all of a sudden it’s a verified rumor, with no grounds.”

“I didn’t do anything to provoke that.” She also said how difficult it was for her to have kept herself free of all bad things around her and how she had tried her entire life to remain a very good person. All she wanted to do was prove herself as a teen icon/model and a perfect decision maker. “…It’s a little offensive actually.”

Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z

Beyonce Knowles the uber cool singing sensation has revealed her uncool married life. She is married to rap mogul Jay-Z. She has romanced Jay-Z for six years and still she does not find perfection in her marriage. She has had her share of disagreements. R&B superstar Beyonce Knowles insists that her married life is “not perfect” - because they experience the same problems as normal couples.

She married his partner in April, and she admits that she has had a fair share of conflicts in her six year romance. She admits : We were together for a really long time before we got married; we were in no rush. We don’t have a normal relationship because of our careers. But celebrity or not, you go through the exact same things. We’re not perfect,” which goes on to prove that she lived in  her whims. Although she says that she is extremely happy and loves her settled life as Mrs. Shawn ‘Jay-Z’  Carter. Knowles said that this was her first relationship and she is a very private person but in spite of that she does not want talk about all this in public, but all she could say in the end was : “…but I’m very, very happy. That’s all I’ll say.”

Victoria Beckham

Victoria Beckham has sure moved on since her Spice Girls days. Victoria and her husband Beckham were invited at Mel B’s wedding. But Victoria has refused to attend the wedding. Former Posh Spice is showing off too much of her posh side and does not want to get back with her old band members. Mel B will be renewing her wedding vows in Egypt with film producer husband Stephen Belafonte in a four-day ceremony. She was married in Las Vegas in 2007.

It has not been confirmed whether the other Spices are invited or not. Each invitation is 20 page long and stylised in Egyptian passport format. It will be a grand affair. Mel has also invited Girls Aloud singer Sarah Harding, British TV presenter Fearne Cotton and former S Club 7 star Rachel Stevens to the ceremony, none of whom are available for the occasion. Mel has tied up with OK magazine for a nice £200,000. She would share her wedding photographs with the magazine.

Victoria was all along not comfortable since the band broke off. Even during the band reunion 24-date comeback world tour last year Victoria had revealed that she had moved on in life ever since she left her Posh Spice status.

Victoria had said: “I was very nervous about going back into the Spice Girls… The reason I decided to do the tour was to show my kids that mummy was once a pop star.”I’m not in the music industry any more. I’m in the fashion industry. It was the last opportunity to see the Spice Girls together.” During their reunion all of them had shown public solidarity. But now it seems all was feigned from Victoria Posh Spice’s side ! When the band reunited they had even brought out a single ‘Headlines (Friendship Never Ends)’. But Victoria revealed how uncomfortable she was during the tour !

Julianne Moore is a very private person. She says she hates talking to strangers. She wants all her fans to respect her private life and not try to relentlessly peep into her personal life.

The Academy and BAFTA nominated and Emmy and Golden Globe winning American actress reveals how annoyed and hateful she becomes of the fans who assume to know her fully. She tells that as an actor she wants to do her bit but when a stranger poses to know her every bit she gets annoyed. She does not like the way people(stars) interact so closely with their fans.

The “Far From Heaven” actress said “I simply don’t like talking about my acting or the scene or any of that. I need my space.” The 47 year old actress wished all her fans could respect her plea to remain private. Julianne Moore hates strangers talking to her.

She has also revealed other details of her film life. She explained to Empire magazine how difficult it was for her to decide on her film career. Moore has two children with her husband, film director Bart Freundlich and she says half of the time her career decisions are based or influenced by money matters.

She explained to Empire magazine: “There is stuff you do because you love to do it, there is stuff that is not very good, and then there’s stuff that you end up doing because you need the money, because like anyone else you have to have a job…”

Hilton has always made her private life public.The public display of her emotions has ruined her life. In her tell all interview with News of the World’s interviewer Dan Wootton she revealed how “Every other guy I’ve been out with has used me for money or sex - but in most cases they just want fame. It made it hard to trust people.”

She has been subject to humiliation because of her “private life in the spotlight” status. After a long period of annoying love life finally Paris has found true love and Mr Right in rock star Benji Madden. Paris’ most infamous ex-boyfriend Rick Salomon, now 40, made millions by selling off steamy sex tape of Paris, which was originally leaked on the internet. The small time film producer Salomon made it big abusing his relationship with Paris.

Daddy’s beautiful millionaire heiress and rich socialite Paris also revealed how hurt she was to have known how ex-Backstreet Boy Nick Carter and Greek shipping heirs Paris Latsis and Stavros Niarchos III,ditched her after using their new found celebrity to snare other women. She had had her share of exes. She has been bitter all along. She admitted : “I’d love to start a family in the next year. And I want to get married before we have kids—I want three or four.

“My love life’s in the happiest place it’s ever been. Benji’s with me because he loves me and that’s it. I know I can trust him, and he knows he can trust me.”  She told she wants to forget everything because she tells, : I’ve found someone who loves me for me. Benji’s my best friend and I know he’d never hurt me.”

Joaquin Phoenix

Joaquin Phoenix confirms his good bye to the acting world. The actor had earlier given reasons for his unexpected decision to quit acting. But now the actor has officially confirmed his decision saying he would leave acting to pursue music seriously. The 34 year old  was a veteran actor and a seasoned musician. He got his accolades for “Walk The Line” where he performed as Johnny Cash and got an Academy Award nomination for his role. He has been the golden actor with his great portrayals. He was there beside Russell Crowe in The Gladiator. “To Die For” saw Joaquin’s best performance. Joaquin’s untimely retirement will surely dampen the mood in the film fraternity with his outstanding contribution in his character roles.

His publicist has confirmed the actor’s desire to concentrate on music.Phoenix has put his decision finally in writing. Joaquin posed at the premiere of his film ‘Che’ with writing on his knuckles that read from right to left, “Bye! Good.” Joaquin Phoenix confirmed his decision to quit films at a fund raising event for  Paul Newman’s camps for kids. He said he’s “not doing films anymore.” He announced on Monday .When asked whether he was really serious, Phoenix answered, “Yeah. I’m working on my music. I’m done. I’ve been through that.”

Phoenix will star in his last movie, called “Two Lovers” scheduled to be released  in which he co-stars with Gwenyth Paltrow, and he will then move his focus to a new career in music. Phoenixs’ final film, Two Lovers, had premiered earlier this year at the Cannes Film Festival. It received many positive reviews. The film is scheduled to hit theatres on Feb. 13th, 2009. In “Two Lovers” Phoenix will be seen as a heartbroken man torn between a needy, neurotic neighbour (Gwyneth Paltrow) and the sensible woman (Vinessa Shaw) his parents want him to marry.

Michael Jackson

Michael Jackson has opted out of a rumoured Jackson 5 reunion tour. Michael denied on Thursday that he would be a part of the alleged reunion of the famed Motown singing group. His elder brother Jermaine had said that Michael was “on board”. There were several opinions being generated on the reunion. The definitive denial comes as a surprise for the recent hot gossip topic. After all Michael is not inclined to make music with his brothers, it seems.

But it seems that a Jackson 5 reunion is not quite easy after so many years. Michael continued his agenda to crash all hopes of reuniting with Jackie, Jermaine, Marlon and Tito on a Jackson 5 reunion tour. The pop royalty rejuvenation dream is after all a distant reality. Jackson said in a statement released by rep Dr. Tohme : “My brothers and sisters have my full love and support, and we’ve certainly shared many great experiences, but at this time I have no plans to record or tour with them.” Jermaine Jackson, 53, was in Australia when he said in a statement on Wednesday that he and his band was working together on their music for the tour scheduled next year. “It is going to be more like a family affair,” he told the Australian Associated Press. “(Younger sister) Janet’s going to open and, of course, the original Jackson 5 … Michael, Randy and the whole family. … We’re in the studio, we’re planning on being out there next year.” Michael has all along shunned public appearances with his brothers. He has never shown encouragement for a reunion talk. He was not even present to collect a lifetime achievement award in Los Angeles in September in order to avoid showing up with his brothers. The Jackson 5 rose to fame in the early 1970s. They had belted out singles like “I Want You Back,” “ABC” and “I’ll Be There.” The group had their last tour in 1984, by which time Michael Jackson was a huge star in his own right.
Till then Michael can sooth his musical pursuit in his sweet old studio and all he can say about it is, “…developing new and exciting projects that I look forward to sharing with my fans in concert soon.”

Robbie Williams

The former band mates came together in Robbie’s latest quest. Robbie Williams was heard out by Take That’s lead singer Gary Barlow. Robbie’s band former mates visited him in Los Angeles to hear his latest tracks of his new album. Gary Barlow was Williams’ bitter rival. Robbie left the band in 1995 following a series of run-ins and rows after which he remaining four members eventually disbanded in 1996. Gary has told Britain’s The Sun newspaper: “We had some great hanging out time with Robbie in Los Angeles and he played us some of his new stuff. It was really good. He started out with us so we have a connection.” Take That had performed on a comeback tour in 2005 when they had reformed to bring out a new album in 2005. Gary, Howard Donald, Jason Orange and Mark Owen of Take That had persuaded Robbie to reunite.

Robbie Williams has had his share of musical disasters and flop albums, with his recent flop record ‘Rudebox’. Robbie leads a withdrawn life of his own. He was reportedly out of his relationship with girlfriend Ayda Field to focus on his music. Robbie known as a recluse in the music field has also been in news for his alien connection. He has reportedly been in an alien camp to develop his new album songs. The singer has claimed to have had several ET encounters. During his recent visit to Trout Lake in Washington he was seen carrying a ideo equipment in his search for aliens. Trout Lake in Washington is regarded as “… America’s number one UFO hotspot and a magnet for true believers in aliens,” according to Extraterrestrial expert Michael C. Luckman. Robbie has been identified as an alien ambassador by Michael. The ET expert said : “Robbie used the occasion as an opportunity to write several new songs about aliens. I wouldn’t be surprised if Robbie may be planning an alien album…”

Cher

Gossips have long began to twirl that the pop veteran Cher had been diagnosed with cancer after she was forced to  pull out of her show in Las Vegas earlier this month. The singer, who is at 62 now, has canceled two of her performances, which was supposed to take place at the Colosseum at Caesar’s Palace in the beginning of October.

Liz Rosenberg, her publicist,  was quick to drive away the rumors of an illness at that point. Liz stated the
star was merely suffering from “Vegas throat”, the nickname for a sore throat condition caused by dry desert air. This didn’t stop people to talk about the pop star’s illness and speculate that she had cancer.

Cher has now laughed off the reports that are wide of the mark of a cancer scare aroused up by the so called
gossip mongers. In a recent press meet she has said, “My health is great but there’s a wind thing that blows
there (in Las Vegas) at different months and I have an allergy to it. If I had cancer everyone would know it. I
wouldn’t tell them, but somebody would. When you have those kind of things happen if you’re famous you can’t keep them a secret. (The reports) don’t make me angry. People have been saying the weirdest things since I was a teenager.”

So place take everything out of your head now. Cher is not ill !!

Christian Bale

Christian Bale is set to play another superhero again. The actor, who has been widely accepted for his roles as Batman in both Batman Begins and The Dark Knight,  is said to be the numero uno choice to play Dr. Strange in the latest comic book adaptation of the movie studio Marvel.

A reliable source today stated, “Christian is hot property right now, courtesy of Batman. Doctor Strange is a very different kind of hero to Batman and it’s felt Christian is the sort of actor who can make the part work on screen. It is understood a deal could be struck in the coming weeks”.

Christian Bale is a Welsh-born star who presently “tops the list” of movie bosses to portray Dr. Strange, a former surgeon who becomes a powerful magician or a wizard after a severe car accident that leaves him unable to perform operations.

Bale also plays hero John Connor in the upcoming Terminator Salvation and has been also signed on for two more sequels in the science-fiction franchise. Shortly the actor has also expressed a keenness in recapitulating his role as Batman if a third film is confirmed.

Paris Hilton

The latest buzz word of Hollywood today is Paris Hilton blasting into space. Is Paris Hilton really going to be shot into space? May be its kinda true.

The inaugural voyage of the Virgin Galactic sub-orbital spaceflight has been already booked. Several test flights are now currently in progress and it is expected that the first trip could take place within the coming 18 months.

Paris Hilton is not very confident about the act although she is really excited. In a recent press meet she has stated, “I’m very scared to do it. What if I don’t come back? With the whole light years thing, what if I come  back 10,000 years later, and everyone I know is dead? I’ll be like, ‘Great. Now I have to start all over.’”

No matter how unbelievable it may sound but its true. And you ought to believe it since Paris herself have stated this. Among those who have signed up for the first flight at $200,000 there are 157 peeks, pop singer  Madonna, and other celebrities like Tom Hanks, William Shatner and Sigourney Weaver. Don’t let your head blow up as you see Madge, Forrest Gump, Captain Kirk, Ripley and Paris all on the same space flight.

Robert Plant of Led Zeppelin

A Californian fan of the rock legends has recently vowed to continue his pledge to bring the legends to walk the Hollywood Walk of Fame though rocker Jimmy Page had dismissed the offer and refused to approve of the the campaign. Rocky Dickerson had launched his campaign after he saw the group perform at the Ahmet Erteg tribute Concert in London last year (07). Ever since Rocky persisted and tried several times to woo his idols and the band management to send him their approval for the nomination. But sadly Page turned him down. Ricky seems not like any regular fan who would be fended off or snubbed away. He is undeterred and has urged other fans to join him spread the message. Initially Rocky Dickerson was surprised since he had sent several letters to the band members separately. The snub though came as a surprise but he surely would remain in the frontline in strengthening his campaign.

Rocky has dedicated a website to the band. There he says on a post : “I must admit I was taken aback by Jimmy’s non-endorsement of the campaign drive. I’m sure he has his reasons… and all of them possibly valid. But I am so committed to doing this I cannot simply roll over and play dead…” Rocky at one point felt like leaving all this. He says tha tif he had taken the easy route then most certainly he would have failed himself. He says that he and million other Led Zeppelin fans need to do this to pay tribute the rock legends. He urges all the Led Zepp fans to do the honour : ” It is and probably will be the only thing we can do on such a major scale. So once again, join with me and sign the petition, do whatever you can to convince Jimmy, Robert (Plant) and Jonesy (John Paul Jones) to hear us and appreciate what we are trying to do.”

Katy Perry

The pop star singer/song writer Katy Perry’s images circulated on the internet. She was seen posing with a flick knife. The picture was allegedly used to show a jittery image. Army cadet Joey Lappin, 16, was stabbed to death by a gang in Liverpool. Katy’s pictures are sure to find a striking contrast and a demeaning humanity attempt made by the 23-year-old pop star. Joey Lappin, 16, wanted to join the Army as soon as possible. One woman who stays in the neighbourhood says the young kids fight about possession of turfs. “…They fight with knives and cricket bats on the grass behind the youth club. They come from other parts of Everton, some of them as young as 13.”
Joey, who died just after 8.40pm on Monday night, was a member of V Liverpool Scottish Detachment of Merseyside Army Cadet Force. Joey is survived by his parents, mum Toni, dad John, sister Bethany, 14, and brother Michael, nine. He used to live in Old Swan, three miles from the murder scene. Tearful and shattered Toni has urged the parents’ of the gang members to help out cops in finding the real culprits.She said: “As a mother, I’d like to appeal to the mothers of all those involved. Come forward. You have the power to do the right thing.” police are yet to find the “main offenders” who are responsible for the stabbings. The hunt is on. Two of the alleged teen suspects have been questioned but they are not the prime suspects.

Katy perry new step to glomorise knives are simply abominable and outrageously silly. The act is being condemned as an inhumanly act.Angry critics feel Katy who has sold five million copies of her No.1 hit I Kissed A Girl, is simply “out of her mind” to  glamorise knives. Her holding knife and posting flashy images go on tpo prove how desperate stars are these days to promote their record sales all for the wrong cause and reasons. Instead of paying tribute to a young soldier who dies fighting innocently, the newest controversy surrounding Katy Perry will make her like an insolent and brash publicist and nothing more than that.
