Romance is in air for Hollywood superstar Mel Gibson. With his wife gone, Gibson will now have enough time to give to his present girlfriend Russian pop star Oksana Pochepa.

Oksana declared that she is having a serious romantic relationship with the married Gibson. Romance between the 24-year-old pop star and the 53-year-old actor/director bloomed last year when the pair met on the sets of Gibson´s upcoming movie¨Edge of Darkness.¨ Oksana was there to compose a song for the movie.

”This is serious and I hope that our union will be real and strong and long-lasting,” Oksana told The Sun on Tuesday. She also said that she was the woman who was photographed kissing Gibson on a beach in Costa Rica last month.

A source has revealed that Gibson and Oksana spent a lot of time together in the actor´s trailer. Also, Oksana stayed with Gibson in his hotel. ”They would come out and attempt to walk around separately, but then at the end of the day, they both returned to the same hotel,” the insider said. “She was there on and off for a week, but it was clear she had no business there other than to be with Mel.”

Gibson´s wife filed for divorce on Monday after 28 years of marriage and seven children. Great going Gibson!
