International mega hit ¨Twilight¨ had cold-blooded but handsome vampires, including the gorgeous Robert Pattinson as the male lead Edward Cullen. The film´s sequel ¨New Moon¨ is to feature those sexy vampires against a pack of hot werewolves. Do you feel the temperature rising already?
In ¨New Moon,¨ Robert Pattinson continues as Edward Cullen, who runs off leaving Bella Swan (played by Kristine Stewart) upset. Jacob Black gets closer to the disturbed Bella, and the vampires fight ferocious werewolves. Who are the wolves? Well, the ¨New Moon¨ wolf pack consists of bare-bodied hunks sure to leave viewers wanting for more.

The 'New Moon' Wolves
¨The ¨New Moon¨ werewolves are Alex Meraz (playing Paul), Chaske Spencer (Sam Uley), Bronson Pelletier (Jared) and Kiowa Gordon (Embry Call). Leading the pack is Jacob Black played by Taylor Lautner, whose muscles need no introduction. These gentlemen gained acceptance into the wolf pack on the basis of a fitness challenge. Besides, they have been given some training. Director Chris Weitz revealed ”They went through wolf camp together, and they are in constant training. It paid off as a bonding thing for them and helped them to get to know one another. They drove each other to get more buff.”
Presently, the filming of ¨New Moon¨ is in full swing in Vancouver, and it is not easy for the actors playing the werewolves to go half-naked in the chilly, and unpredictable weather. Yet, the tough wolves can do it well. ”It’s not pleasant for the actors. But they have all been good-natured. They show up on location in drenching, cold rain, and I say, ‘OK, off with the robes,‘” said Weitz.
The photo, which shows the wolf boys menacing as they are in the film, is the first official photo from ¨New Moon.¨ The second film of ¨Twilight¨ saga is set for release on November 20. It is darker than its prequel and offers a lot more action and visual drama. “It’s got werewolves, it’s got visual effects that turn people into werewolves, it’s got motorcycle stunts, you go to Italy,” original “Twilight” director Catherine Hardwicke told MTV News. “It’s probably twice as much as [the first film].”

I am so happy that Chris Weitz took over the direction of New Moon it looks like it will be a better made film all around from the cover art on the posters to the film itself. I like Catherine Hardwick but I think she does better with Documentary’s. I can’t wait to see this movie.
