Its not a very pleasant news for Robert Pattinson fans. From his latest interview that was published in GQ Magazine it is quite evident that the Twilight star is a little deluged with fame. Poor Rob is too much discussed and tracked these days, which leaves him with hardly any privacy.
Rob was fairly straight forward when he confessed about how he landed in the role of Edward Cullin, the charming vampire, in Twilight. “I took half a Valium and then went into this thing — and all this stuff happened”, the actor said. He also added with that killing smile, “It was the first time I’ve ever taken Valium. A quarter. A quarter of a Valium. I tried to do it for another audition, and it just completely backfired — I was passing out”.
Rob also seems to be a little freaked out with all the fame he is getting. He admits that he has not watched any of his film. It was only 10 minutes of Twilight that he managed to see.
The actor was also clear about his much talked about relation with Camilla Belle, whom he claimed to be just a friend. “I’m friends with Camilla. That’s the extent of it. I mean, Camilla’s the nicest – she’s a saint. And it’s funny that she’s being portrayed as this home wrecker. She’s literally the most unlikely person to be a home wrecker. It’s just ridiculous”, he said. Camilla, who is reportedly dating one of the Jonas Brothers, was recently spotted with Pattinson.
About his future acting plans the young actor mentioned that he is not very worried about much things. “I’d be like, ‘All right. I don’t really care.’ That’s probably a stupid thing to say. But I don’t, really”, he added.
Rob wants to live life like it comes. He is not looking forward to a relationship at this point. “I almost don’t want to have a girlfriend, in this environment”, he said. Now thats not a very good news about millions of girls around the globe who die for Rob.

The most heartwarming sentiments went out from her as a holiday miracle! “You all have proven you’re the most amazing fans in the world once again. 3rd Largest Film Debut on Record: New Moon Wolfs $140.7M
It was speculated something such and the makers of the vampire saga were not let down. “The Twilight Saga: New Moon” wolfed $140.7 million in its opening weekend. On the first three days the movie minted total $258.8 million worldwide as per reports of studio estimates on Sunday. A year back “Twilight”, the first installment of Stephenie Meyer’s popular vampire series, grossed $69.6 million haul over the same weekend. A year after the picture was completely changed. The No. 1 domestic debut for Summit Entertainment’s “New Moon” was more than twice. “Obviously, with the success of ‘Twilight’ itself, sequels being what they are will generate X-number of dollars more, particularly if it’s a satisfying sequel”, Richie Fay, head of distribution for Summit, was quoted as saying. “New Moon” ranked third on the all-time domestic chart, with Batman blockbuster “The Dark Knight” ranking 1st with a gross of $158.4 million opening weekend and “Spider-Man 3″ ranking 2nd with a gross of $151.1 million. On the opening day itself, “New Moon” earned $72.7 million, which is an all time domestic high for opening day. This surpassed the previous record of $67.2 million by last year’s “The Dark Knight”. “New Moon” is also the second-biggest non-holiday weekend ever in Hollywood, the top being none other than the July 18, 2008 release of “The Dark Knight”.

Robert is an amzing actor but all this stalking and chasing is crazy! he isnt really a vampire nor will he ever be. You can love edward cullen to death but robert pattinson is not REALLY edward cullen he is an actor. calm down and let him have a life besides twilight

i think robert is a amazing actor and musician i adore him but people have to really give him a break because hes working his fucking arse off parden my french but he just wants to have a life of his own too away from the cameras when hes not filming give him a break anyways love you rob i dont just love you for your career i love you and i mean every part of you and i always will dont give up because i think you are really brave and handsome love you xxxxxx

I think Rob is amazing in Twilight and Harry Potter. I think fans should back off off of him. Just to say some fans are losing their mine. Rob is a very good actor / movie star. Even though he’s afraid of crowd, he never dissapoint his fans. He always extends his patience to accommodate the request of his fans with smiling face where/whenever he’s in public areas. More power Rob.

Ele é realemente lindo; Apesar de o vampiro do livro ser o verdadeiro TUDO, o Rob conseguiu enterpreta-lo muito bem; não poderia ter ator melhor. Espero que ele continue fazendo sucesso. E que continue cantando, afinal, ele tem uma voz linda!
