I think July, 4th 2012 would be best. Michael Bay already said he wanted a year off before starting work on another Transformers film, plus now a new team of writers are going to have to be found, since Orci and crew are not writing the third. I think Paramount is making a big mistake. Bay has directed the first two Transformers movies, he should direct the third. It's just common sense. Changing everything around like this is not a good move. The X-Men trilogy is a great example of this. X-Men 3 was ok, but not as good as it could have been.. If Paramount is smart they will get Bay for the third film. Bay has a direct line to the Pentagon for crying out loud, Bay will ensure that Transformers fans get the most BANG and BOOM for their buck. KEEP Michael Bay on board for the third film.
