Britney Spears starts her ‘Circus’ tour, an event in Britney’s life after a gap of nearly five years. Britney’s ‘Circus’ tour started off last night(3rd march,2009) at New Orleans Arena. Britney’s much anticipated tour has left her family all thrilled and excited. Fans,friends and family are praying for Britney’s recent tour to touch and reach the highest state.

The tour had frenzied concert goers who were seen frantically Twitting away the event. Britney wowed her home crowd. The media members and fans had lined up hours before to get the tour memorabilia as well as to prove their faith and loyalty towards the Pop Queen.

Britney’s comeback is the much talked about affair. The pop star has had a troubled life in her 27 years of career, fame and fortune. The show reportedly received huge reaction with more and more fans seen buying the tickets. “A lot of people got tickets really early,” Travis Bergeron, a Britney fan, said.

Britney as thought, before, did not disappoint her fans and audience. Britney’s aunt Linda Ann Brandon-Kjos said : “I am so excited for her, and I wish I could be there.” Britney’s public meltdown had kept her family all worried about the tour. And now Britney brood is all excited and lending their support for the pop songstress.

The tour opened up with a stellar performance by Pussycat Dolls. The audience wanted for more and the tone was set right for the nihgt. Britney’s song list included a 16 song set – some which were “Radar,” “Boys,” a “Gimme More” remix, “Everytime,” “Me Against the Music” backed by Bollywood-inspired dancers, “Do Somethin’,” the more than suggestive “Touch of My Hand” and the pleasantly controversial “If U Seek Amy.” Then came the greatest hits part which came quite obviously in the coveted end of the show. These included “I’m a Slave 4 U,” “Toxic” and “…Baby One More Time” and of course “Womanizer”.

Britney Spears stunned the audience by entering in a slammer. The 27 year old pop star descended from the ceiling and dove into “Circus” and then “Piece of Me,” off of 2007’s ‘Blackout’. The stripper poles were made good use of by the pop diva. Britney also enjoyed her performance alongside her dancers who were treated like special stuff by Britney.

There were sparks, there were whistles and then there was a thrilling chill that ran down the spines of the lucky ones to be present. Britney obliged all. She thanked and bid adieu, wishing the audience a sweet goodnight.
