Kate Winslet reveals that she shares a secret language with Leonardo. This comes with the several years of sharing a good friendship. Kate said that during the shooting of their first film, ‘Titanic’, Kate and Leo discovered a new way to reduce stress while shooting scenes.

The smoothness in their relationship makes Kate come out with great shots. Kate said how their bond helped them deliver ‘taxing’ film scenes. The stunning actress who is married to Director Sam Mendes also said that the natural comfort level with DiCaprio, made them take up the most challenging moments without much difficulty. Their  first onscreen team up in ‘Titanic’ helped them discover their secret language which they both understand very well and they perform it during their shots.

Kate revealed : “When we filmed difficult scenes we developed our own secret language of our own. With our history we could do anything without feeling stupid.”  She also felt that she would not really mind if her ‘Revolutionary Road” co-star had left her battered and bruised. kate has won he Leading Actress gong at the recent 2009 BAFTA ceremony.

Such was the understanding with Leo, that Kate would allow him to do anything he pleased since they shared the warmth required for smooth co-acting. She said: “I would even let Leo physically harm me if it meant making a scene better, and I know he feels the same way. If we didn’t have this rare friendship, I don’t think we would be able to show that chemistry on screen.”
