Kate Hudson reportedly has a portable liposuction kit. Kate joked about her slim fit figure. She maintained that her secret to keep herself trim is to suck the fat out of her body with a mini-surgery kit.

The ‘Bride Wars’ star joked about her fitness means. Hudson, 29, is determined to stay in shape so that she can continue stripping off for sexy magazine shoots. She quipped: “I take my lipo’ kit everywhere.”

Kate, in spite of her surgery joke, revealed that she kept herself fit by doing lots of exercise and running around after her four-year-old son Ryder. Ryder is her child with ex-husband Chris Robinson.

She said: “Sports are big in my life. I swim, run, bike and dance, play volleyball and soccer, and I want to start training for a triathlon. I’m one of those people who love to be active. Ryder keeps me busy too!”

Kate Hudson said that she had to do the rauchy shoots as long as she felt like doing it. She felt as fit as ever to do them all. She explained: “I love doing them and I will do more. It’s fun. Also, I’ve come to appreciate the skill of the photographer. It’s a real art. I’m very interested in that side of it.”
