Justin Timberlake’s Golf Course worker killed

A Golf Course that was purchased by Singer, Justin Timberlake has been left bereaved after a worker was left dead on the course. The construction worker, was reportedly working in the golf course.

He was killed on a golf course owned by pop star Justin Timberlake after he a 100-foot (30.48 metre) tree fell on top of him. He died on the spot. The disaster has left everyone bereaved. Cruz Ayala Delgado died at the Big Creek Golf Club in Timberlake’s hometown of Millington, Tennessee on Saturday, 7th feb,2009. The police have confirmed the mishap.

A spokesperson for the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office says the accident occurred at approximately 8:30 a.m. The golf course worker was working on the trees. He was removing them from the golf course when the accident occurred which took Cruz Ayala Delgado’s life.

The tragic accident left officials spending hours to retrieve the body of Delgado. Local fire department officials reportedly took two hours to remove Delgado’s body from the scene after Big Creek employees reportedly tried to lift the tree but were unsuccessful.

Shelby County Fire Dept tells : “We think at this point that the ground can be so unstable. It’s very wet and very muddy that thebottom of the tree just gave way”.

Justin Timberlake had purchased the course along with his parents. Justin reportedly learned to play the sport after buying the course. The golf course was bought in 2007 for $800,000 (Gbp544,220) to save it from residential development and $16 million (Gbp10.9 million) have been already spent on renovations.
