Sandra Bullock
Sandra Bullock is being approached by the producers of the ‘Speed’ franchise. The 44 year old actress will reportedly star in the third part of the film. Keanu Reeves who had denied to play the role in the 1997 sequel was replaced by Jason Patric. Reeves recently spoke about the possibilities of him and Sandra Bullock starring alongside each other in some other movie in the fast paced series.
He said: “Never say never, right? Sandra and I could probably do something pretty groovy with that…” The original sequel (’Speed 2: Cruise Control’)had failed in the box offices. A source said: “Producers are looking at a lot of old franchises in order to secure box office hits and ‘Speed’ is just one of those…”
Sandra is still regarded as a popular star. Another ‘Speed’ movie is there for her, only she has to want to do it. “…It would be a modern twist on the old theme,” as suggested by the source.
