The “Bye Bye Bye” stars are reportedly working for a reunion album. Justin Timberlake wishes to return to his roots. The famous boy band split in 2002. But new efforts are being made by the bass singer Lance Bass o bring the band back together to record new material.

Lance who experimented with film and television, primarily as an actor and a producer wants to reform and wishes to break new grounds. 2008 is the year of reunions and relaunches for bands and music individuals. And ‘NSync is in sync with this year’s trend. “It’s a definite possibility. We are like brothers – it’s perfect,” Bass said. If everything works well Timberlake could well return to the band and sing along with his old colleagues.

Bass, who finished third in the final of U.S. reality show “Dancing With The Stars” earlier this week, has been bombarded with offers since his appearance on the hit show. But Bass has made up his mind to concentrate on his music and it is the only thing that has made him rethink about ‘NSYNC’s future.

Bass adds, “There are so many crazy doors opening. There is talk of putting an album together next year, but I would much rather do it with ‘N Sync. So we are going to be talking about that.”

Amy Winehouse

Amy Winehouse met her lawyers to discuss a separation from Blake Fielder-Civil. Amy,25,has just recovered from her collapse after she had a phone bust-up with her husband. Winehouse was in London Clinic when the meeting with lawyers took place. Amy had taken to drug and alcohol abuse just after the call ended. The telephone bust up was a disastrous one.

Amy’s husband continuously made calls even when Amy was in the hospital for tests. Amy’s close friends say that Amy wants a proper end to her marriage. Amy went too far to first abusing her father for being an obstruction in her relationship with Blake.

Afterwards Amy decided to bring the divorce lawyers to hospital for an urgent meeting. Her lawyers will be looking into her separation and see to it that the separation is a fast one.

Beyonce

Beyonce has topped the charts according to Billboards. Beyonce’s No. 1 debut on the pop album chart with the double-disc “I Am … Sasha Fierce,” scored her third straight No. 1 debut on the pop album chart.

Billboards had seven top 20 debuts in a week. Nickelback’s “Dark Horse” sold 326,000 to start at No. 2. The Canadian rock outfit spent an astonishing 156 weeks on the chart with its previous album, 2005’s “All the Right Reasons,” whose sales total 6.97 million to date.

AC/DC’s “Black Ice” was in top 10 after falling from No. 6. The album sold 73,000 copies in its fifth week of exclusive release via Wal-Mart and Sam’s Club, bringing its total to 1.39 million.

Beyonce’s The Music World/Columbia album ended the week with a whopping sale of 482,000 copies in the United States. The album sees Beyonce belting out hits like “If I Were a Boy” and “Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It),” with her new alter ego Sasha Fierce.
Beyonce’s 2003 solo debut, “Dangerously in Love,” started with 317,000, while 2006’s “B-Day” moved 541,000.

Britney Spears will have a New York parade arranged for her. Her birthday will be a wild affair with an alleged circus-themed party. Her birthday coincides with her new album launch.

The pop star will celebrate her 27th birthday on 2 December (08) with the release of her highly-anticipated comeback album, “Circus”.

NYP confirms an all-out bash at star-studded nightclub Tenjune. A source tells the newspaper her party will be “a very private, Circus-theme event”. Britney will reportedly start off her day by taking over American TV sets with an eye-popping performance on chat show Good Morning America.

Britney Spears has invited superfans to Times Square “Circus” Bash. Contestants in ‘Britney’s Greatest Fan Contest’ can win tickets to her ‘Good Morning America’ performance. Her grand birthday celebrations have much more in store.

Britney.com and Buzznet are sponsoring a Photoshop contest in which fans are invited to slip themselves into one of Buzznet’s Circus-themed layouts, with the singer’s label judging the best efforts and awarding a popcorn machine and other Britney-related prizes. And if none of that floats your boat, since Spears’ birthday happens to be December 2, she’s also invited fans to sing “Happy Birthday” to her and post it on YouTube. Lindsay Lohan

Lindsay Lohan who had a major fight with her girlfriend Samantha Ronson is reportedly seeing a psychiatrist. She was seen heading to a psychiatrist appointment post cat fight. Lohan is reportedly going through a rough phase with her relationship with Sam on the rocks.

Lindsay had some major arguments and rows with Sam after which the couple was not seen together or photographed together (which they usually were). “They are fighting like cats and dogs. They fight every day, screaming, crying and yelling at each other … Drama just seems to follow Lindsay, and Sam hates it,” the ‘Daily Telegraph’ quoted an insider, as saying.

“The things they argue about have to do with their age difference. But no matter what happens, at the end of the day, they are always fine,” the insider added.

Lohan is back home from her trip to Dubai where she was present to open the Atlantis Hotel. She is to celebrate the opening for which she is back home. She reportedly visited her psychiatrist after doing a little shopping at Balenciaga.

John Michael Hayes

Famous American screenwriter John Michael Hayes has died of natural causes at the age of 89.

Hayes had written some of director Alfred Hitchcock’s best-known films. He passed away on 19 November (08) in a retirement community in Hanover, New Hampshire.

He handled the adaption of four of Hitchcock’s films,including 1954’s “Rear Window”, starring James Stewart and Grace Kelly, and his work on 1955 project Mystery Writers of America gained him an Academy Award nomination and won him an Edgar Award.

In addition to “Rear Window”, Hayes also adapted the director’s 1955 films “To Catch a Thief”, starring Cary Grant, and “The Trouble With Harry” as well as a remake of “The Man Who Knew Too Much”, in 1956.

Besides his work for Hitchcock, Hayes was known for writing Peyton Place, a 1957 screenplay also nominated for an Oscar.

He started off as a radio writer, after serving in the Army in World War II. His earlier film credits include 1953’s “Thunder Bay”, directed by Anthony Mann and starring James Stewart. Hayes wrote in radios and newspapers. Post college he moved to Hollywood and started writing for Lucille Ball’s radio program “My Favorite Husband” and the serial drama “The Adventures of Sam Spade.” His stint with radio brought him opportunities galore. He came in contact with Universal Studios, which hired him as a screenwriter during the early 1950s.

Later on he wrote adaptations of “The Children’s Hour” and “Butterfield 8″ – a 1960 film starring Elizabeth Taylor.

Through the 1980s and ’90s, he wrote television movies and taught film at Dartmouth College in New Hampshire. Hayes had donated his collection of scripts, photographs, letters and clippings from his Hollywood career to Dartmouth in 1990.

Hayes is survived by two daughters, Rochelle Hayes and Meredyth Hayes Badreau; two sons, Garrett Michael and Corey; and four grandchildren.

The 33-year-old actress insists she would never have Botox done on her.  She could not bear Botox smoothing out her facial lines.

She would simply hate being injected in the forehead because she enjoys seeing her face change as she gets older.

She said: “I just love seeing those things. I am enjoying my face changing, as well as realising that at the same time, as you get older, the machine isn’t as well-oiled as it was.”

Kate who reunites with ‘Titanic’ co-star Leonardo DiCaprio in new movie ‘Revolutionary Road’ also revealed that she was excited to see how much she and Leonardo have aged since appearing in the 1997 Hit movie.

kate has been a part of many good movies. The numbers are not huge but the quality sure is. She has a come a long way since her growing days with director, James Cameron of “Titanic”. Her British stature and beauty has made her stand up in several classic movies like Sense and Sensibility (1995). Winslet played the character of Clementine Kruczynski in Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (2004) to perfection. She has matured as an actor and as a person.

She said: “I was very, very thrown by the fact that I had to make some big changes in my life in order to be myself, but under this kind of movie-star banner ”

She added to Parade magazine: “I’m like, ‘Yes, damn it! Look at those foreheads move!’ I mean, he has this amazing furrow between his eyebrows, which wasn’t as prominent then and this one on my forehead is much more prominent in me now.”

Kate says her husband Sam Mendes, who directs ‘Revolutionary Road’, has helped put her life in perspective.

She said: “I was very, very thrown by the fact that I had to make some big changes in my life in order to be myself, but under this kind of movie-star banner it was a difficult balance to find. Now I feel I’ve got that. I’ve actually had it for a while, I think. That’s mainly to do with my incredible husband.”

Spears has been named as the Best International Pop Star for the Bambi award. The award is an annual television and media prize awarded by the Hubert Burda Media Group.
Britney’s global comeback will be stamped by the award ceremony. The pop idol has risen like a phoenix. All the fans will be overjoyed to experience their star’s growth for the second time. Event host Hubert Burda says, “Britney Spears is back. Radiant and better than ever, the erstwhile teenie (sic) idol has reclaimed her throne.”

Another official adds, “Her stunning comeback from an absolute low point impressed all of us.” Besides this Spears has her fingers crossed for her upcoming release of “Circus” which is already doing the rounds on the web and in general. Spears has revealed that she is happy to stay single. She split form her husband Kevin Federline in 2006 and was subsequently linked to British paparazzi photographer Adnan Ghalib. The relationship dissolved earlier this year (08) following a breakdown which saw her admitted to a Los Angeles hospital for psychiatric evaluation. Spears’ recent dates have not been much of a success.

She tells Rolling Stone magazine, “Right when we got there, we just knew it was just bad. He looked like an older version of Harry Potter, but skinnier…So I had to get dessert first. And the other date I had, the guy was really, really tall and a lot older… We’re trying to ask him questions, like, ‘OK, you’re into martial arts, so what kind of martial arts are you into?’ And he was like, ‘Oh, all kinds.’ But you know how silly we are, so we were just cracking up.”
