Gwyneth Paltrow’s healthy lifestyle tips

The Great Expectations star has shared her rules of healthy living. The 36 year old stunningly beautiful mother/actress is widely known for her strict diet regime in her circuit. She was filming for The Talented Mr. Ripley in Italy in 1998, when she got a call which she says, changed her life for ever. She learned of her father’s throat cancer. She witnessed her father’s gradual death in 2002 due to not up to the mark diet.
She said her director father Bruce had a slow deterioration of health. At that time she “…began to read about Eastern medicine and the body’s capacity to heal itself.”
Paltrow who has always followed a strict diet of her own, encouraged her dad to follow her footsteps for macrobiotic food. But her father hated this. She says, “…he likened…”macrobiotic food to “…biting into The New York Times.”
Paltrow credits her health and fitness levels and her excellent physical condition to three of her doctors in London, New York and L.A who have guided her to get through her serious health problems including pneumonia, anemia and stress.
Paltrow’s healthy lifestyle dosage includes plentiful sleep, regular exercise and eating organic and additive-free foods (including lots of veggies). Her doctors have strictly suggested her to maintain the regime in order to attain greater health status. The daily routine have made her body well tined and fit. She shares it all and suggests a healthy eating habit and a diet chart along with the other required daily health excercises and check ups as well as a lifestyle check.
